As a family from Auckland who loves outdoor adventures, our stay at the Vagabond Inn was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel's proximity to the Sacramento Super Court, just 15 minutes away, offered us easy access to catch games of the Golden State Warriors and other sports teams - a hit with my sports-loving family. However, the location, although near Ports O'Call Village, felt a bit off-putting due to some concerning individuals in the area.On a positive note, the family-friendly amenities at the hotel were a delight. The kids had a blast at the pool, creating lasting memories. The hotel's convenient proximity to the Sacramento Zoo and Sutter's Fort made our family outings hassle-free and enjoyable. Despite a few hiccups with unclean rooms and noisy guests, the staff's prompt response salvaged the situation. In essence, while the hotel isn't a top-notch luxury spot, it's a decent option for families looking for a budget-friendly stay with accessible attractions nearby.
